Processes
What is the procedure for getting started with your services?
Once you’re happy with the trial video, we’ll both sign an agreement. You’ll receive the trial video with the watermark removed, and payment will be required after each video during the first month.
From the second month onward, we’ll provide you with monthly invoices.
What methods are available for staying in touch with the Pixlence team?
You’ll communicate with us via a Slack channel and be paired with an editor who will oversee your projects. Our CEO will also oversee all work, and you can reach out to them if needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer flexibility with various payment options.
For International Payments: PayPal (with an additional 5% processing fee), Wise.com, and Bill.com.
For payments within Pakistan, you can use Net Banking, Sadapay, or Jazzcah.
What is the process for sharing files with you?
We’ll set up a Google Drive folder for you to upload and download files, maintaining the highest quality throughout.
